Interpreting Voice Statistics
High Peak Concurrent Numbers
Indicates popular channels or events. Consider whether you need to adjust user limits or create additional channels.
Short Average Session Durations
May suggest users join and leave quickly. Investigate if there are technical issues or if users need better channel organization.
Uneven Channel Usage
If one channel dominates usage, consider if content is concentrated there or if other channels need promotion.
Off-Peak Opportunities
Identify hours and days with low usage to schedule maintenance, updates, or special voice events.
