Dashboard Method (Step-by-Step)
The dashboard provides a comprehensive form interface for creating giveaways:
Step 1: Basic Information
Prize Name: Text field for the item being given away (required)
Description: Longer text field for additional details and rules
Winner Count: Slider or number input (1-100)
Step 2: Duration & Timing
Duration: Select from presets (1h, 1d, 3d, 7d) or custom
Start Time: Immediate start or schedule for future (datetime picker)
Time Zone: Uses server timezone setting by default
Step 3: Entry Method
Entry Type: Choose reaction, button, or command
Reaction Emoji: Select emoji if using reaction entry
Button Text: Customize button label for button entry
Step 4: Requirements & Eligibility
Minimum Level: Optional level gate (0-disabled)
Required Roles: Multi-select dropdown for role requirements
Exclude Roles: Prevent specific roles from entering
Account Age: Minimum account age in days (0-disabled)
Server Duration: How long they must be in server (days)

- • Keep concise and clear (under 100 characters recommended)

- 2. Look for "Schedule" toggle in the timing section
- 3. Enable the toggle and set desired date and time
- 4. Review preview showing scheduled start time
- 5. Click "Schedule Giveaway" to confirm

How to Edit
- 1. Go to dashboard Giveaways section
- 2. Find the active giveaway in the list
- 3. Click "Edit" button
- 4. Modify the fields you want to change
- 5. Click "Save Changes" to update immediately
Important Notes
- • Changes apply immediately to the live giveaway
- • Existing entries are not affected by edits
- • Extending duration updates the message in Discord
- • Cannot change fundamental entry settings
