Subscriber Notifications
Manage how your community receives updates about incidents and service status.
What are Subscribers?
Subscribers are members of your community who have opted in to receive notifications about status page updates, incidents, and maintenance announcements. They stay informed without having to manually check your status page.
Notification Channels
Subscribers can receive notifications through multiple channels:
Email Notifications
Incident alerts sent to subscribed email addresses
Discord DM Notifications
Direct messages from SYNTHET bot about incidents
Channel Notifications
Post updates to a dedicated status channel
Webhook Notifications
Send incident data to custom webhooks (advanced)
How Members Subscribe
Members can subscribe to notifications through several methods:
Method 1: Status Page
Click "Subscribe" button on your public status page
Method 2: Discord Bot
Use `/subscribe status` command in your Discord server
Method 3: Email
Email address automatically collected during subscription
Method 4: Invite Link
Share a pre-configured subscription link with your community
Managing Subscribers
Access subscriber management from your status page settings:
View Subscriber List
See all active subscribers and their notification preferences
Filter & Search
Find subscribers by email, Discord ID, or subscription date
Export Subscribers
Download subscriber list as CSV for analysis
Send Test Notification
Test notification delivery to individual subscribers
Remove Subscriber
Unsubscribe users manually if needed
Notification Configuration
Set up different notification levels:
All Events
Subscribers get notifications for all incidents and maintenance
Critical Only
Only severe incidents (Offline/Degraded) trigger notifications
Component Specific
Notify only about incidents affecting specific services

Discord Notification Settings
Configure how Discord notifications are sent to your community:
Status Channel
Select Discord channel for status announcements
Mention Role
Automatically mention a role (@here, @role, etc.)
DM Subscribers
Send direct messages to subscribed members

Rich embeds with color-coding by severity
