Voice Dashboard UI Guide
Learn how to use the SYNTHET voice dashboard to configure auto-voice channels, monitor active sessions, and view detailed statistics.
Dashboard Navigation
Access the voice dashboard by navigating to /dashboard/voice in the SYNTHET web interface.
Main Dashboard Sections
Hub Channel Configuration
Configure your auto-voice hub channel in the Configuration section:
Channel Selector
Select which voice channel serves as your auto-voice hub. Click the dropdown to see all available voice channels.
UI Feature: SearchableSelect dropdown - type to filter channels by name or partial match.
Naming Template Input
Configure how temporary channels will be named using template variables.
Text field with helper text showing available variables. Real-time preview as you type.
User Limit Slider
Drag the slider to set maximum users per channel. Range: 0 (unlimited) to 99 users.
Current value displays above the slider. Adjust with mouse or keyboard arrow keys.
Bitrate Setting
Select audio quality from the dropdown. Options depend on your server's boost level.
Maximum Concurrent Channels
Limit how many temporary channels can exist simultaneously. Prevents channel proliferation.
Input field: enter a number between 1 and 100.
Category Placement
Optionally select a specific category for temporary channel organization.
UI Feature: SearchableSelect dropdown with "Same as Hub" and "No Category" options.
Auto-Cleanup Toggle
Toggle to enable or disable automatic deletion of empty channels. Recommended: enabled.
Active Voice Sessions List
Real-time view of all ongoing voice channel activity:
Sessions Table Columns
Sorting & Filtering
Click column headers to sort by that field. Use the search bar to filter sessions by channel name or owner.
Quick Actions
- • View Details: Click a row to expand and see participant list
- • End Session: Green button - forcefully close the channel
- • Adjust Limit: Temporarily modify user limit without channel reset
Voice Statistics Charts
Interactive visualizations of voice activity and trends:
Activity Timeline Graph
Line or bar chart showing voice channel activity over time. X-axis is time (hours/days), Y-axis is user count or session count.
Interaction: Hover over data points to see exact values. Click and drag to zoom. Double-click to reset zoom.
Top Users Leaderboard
Horizontal bar chart showing top voice users by total hours or sessions.
Display shows user avatar, name, rank, and metrics. Click user to view detailed profile.
Channel Usage Breakdown
Pie or donut chart showing percentage of activity distributed across channels.
Hover to see channel names and percentages. Click slice to filter table by that channel.
Peak Activity Heatmap
Color-coded grid showing which hours/days have highest voice activity.
Darker colors = higher activity. Helps identify optimal times for voice events or maintenance.
Date Range Selector
All charts respect the selected date range at the top of the section. Change dates to update all visualizations simultaneously.
Configuration Controls & Buttons
Save Settings Button
Green button with black text. Located at the bottom of the Configuration section.
Action: Saves all configuration changes immediately. Shows success notification when complete.
Reset to Default Button
Gray button next to Save. Restores all fields to default values.
Action: Prompts confirmation before resetting. Useful if you've made errors.
Enable/Disable Toggle
Top-right toggle to enable or disable the entire auto-voice system.
When Disabled: Hub channel reverts to normal behavior; existing channels remain until empty.
Refresh Data Button
Circular arrow icon. Refreshes active sessions and statistics without page reload.
Automatic: Data auto-refreshes every 10 seconds, but you can manually refresh anytime.
Dropdown & Form Fields
SearchableSelect Dropdowns
Channel selector, bitrate selector, and category selector all use SearchableSelect dropdowns:
- •Typeable: Start typing to filter options in real-time
- •Scrollable: Long lists have scroll functionality
- •Clear Option: X icon to clear selected value and start fresh
- •Default Value: Currently selected option shows with icon
- •Keyboard Navigation: Use arrow keys to select, Enter to confirm
Button Styling Reference
Primary Actions (Green)
Green buttons with black text indicate primary actions. Examples:

Secondary Actions (Gray)
Gray buttons for secondary or destructive actions:
- • Reset to Default
- • Cancel
- • Remove Hub
Danger Actions (Red)
Red buttons for potentially destructive operations:

Troubleshooting Dashboard Issues
- • If dropdowns won't load, check your internet connection
- • Statistics not updating? Click the refresh button or wait 10 seconds
- • Changes not saving? Ensure you clicked the green Save button
- • Clear browser cache if the UI looks broken or outdated
