Interventions
💎 PremiumWhen MLI detects at-risk members, it can automatically trigger re-engagement actions to bring them back. Interventions are configurable, respectful, and designed to feel natural rather than intrusive.
How Interventions Work
When enabled, the intervention engine monitors the at-risk list and triggers appropriate actions based on the member's risk severity and history. Each intervention has a cooldown to prevent spamming, and members are never directly told they've been flagged.
Trigger Conditions
Interventions fire when a member transitions to at-risk status or when their risk level escalates (e.g., from Watch to At-Risk, or At-Risk to Critical).
Cooldown System
Each member has an intervention cooldown. Once an intervention fires, no further interventions will trigger for that member until the cooldown expires. This prevents overwhelming disengaged members.
Escalation
If a member remains at-risk after an initial intervention, the system can escalate to stronger re-engagement actions on subsequent cycles.
Intervention Types
MLI supports multiple intervention strategies. Admins can enable or disable each type independently.
Welcome Back Messages
When an at-risk member returns and sends a message, the bot can send a subtle welcome-back acknowledgment in the channel to make them feel noticed.
Activity Highlights
DM the member a summary of what they've missed — popular discussions, events, or milestones in the community. Gives them a reason to come back.
Role-Based Nudges
Assign a temporary role that gives the member access to exclusive channels or perks, incentivizing re-engagement.
Staff Alerts
Notify moderators or community managers when high-value members become at-risk so they can reach out personally.
