These fundamental metrics provide insight into your community's health and engagement:
Health Score (0-100)
Overall server wellness combining activity, member retention, engagement, security, and trend health.
- 90-100: Excellent - Thriving community with strong engagement
- 75-89: Good - Healthy activity and stable growth
- 50-74: Fair - Some concerns, growth opportunities available
- 25-49: Poor - Significant issues requiring attention
- 0-24: Critical - Serious problems affecting community
Engagement Rate (%)
Percentage of active members versus total members. Target 50%+ for excellent engagement; 30-50% is healthy.
Member Churn Rate
Members leaving per day/week. Lower is better. Track trends to improve retention strategies.
Message Velocity (per hour)
Average messages sent. Indicates overall activity level and community conversation health.
Growth Rate (net/day)
Net member growth (joins minus leaves). Positive indicates expansion; negative indicates decline.
