Migration

Move from your old bot stack — without losing the work behind it.

The Migration Assistant maps content, configuration, and roles from common Discord bot setups into SYNTHET, with a dry-run review and rollback-aware execution. Available on Pro.

Migration phases

Five phases, one rollback-aware run.

Every phase is reviewable, reversible, and audited. Nothing irreversible runs without explicit owner confirmation.

1

Scan source

Detect and inventory the source bot's commands, configuration, role bindings, and content surfaces.

2

Map fields

Map each source field to its SYNTHET equivalent. Owner can review, override, or skip individual mappings.

3

Dry-run review

Preview every change as a diff. No state mutates until the dry run is approved.

4

Execute with rollback

Apply the migration in tracked batches. Each batch is reversible; failures stop the run automatically.

5

Verify and audit

A post-run audit report compares source and destination, highlighting any unmapped surface for follow-up.

Coverage

Designed for the surfaces servers actually depend on.

Migration coverage prioritizes operational surfaces — moderation, tickets, levels, economy, content, backup — instead of cosmetic preferences.

Moderation rules

Auto-mod policies, exceptions, action escalations, and staff role bindings.

Tickets and panels

Panel categories, queue routing, transcripts archive, and staff workflow.

Levels and rewards

XP curves, role rewards, achievement state, and leaderboard configuration.

Economy and items

Wallet balances, item catalogs, drop tables, and progression tiers.

Feeds and content

Subscriptions to YouTube, Twitch, RSS, and other content sources, plus filter rules.

Backup snapshots

Snapshot schedules, retention windows, and restore-point ownership.
